Synopsis

Publisher's Summary Sweeping across centuries, Passion is the third novel in the unforgettably epic and worldwide best-selling Fallen series. A New York Times best seller. A USA Today best seller. More than three million series copies in print! Luce would die for Daniel. And she has. Over and over again. Throughout time, Luce and Daniel have found each other, only to be painfully torn apart: Luce dead, Daniel left broken and alone. But perhaps it doesn’t need to be that way...Luce is certain that something - or someone - in a past life can help her in her present one. So she begins the most important journey of this lifetime...going back eternities to witness firsthand her romances with Daniel...and finally unlock the key to making their love last. Cam and the legions of angels and Outcasts are desperate to catch Luce, but none are as frantic as Daniel. He chases Luce through their shared pasts, terrified of what might happen if she rewrites history. Because their romance for the ages could go up in flames...forever. ©2011 Lauren Kate (P)2011 Listening Library

Good story, Bad Naration.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?Definitely. This book is wonderful and I love the series. What other book might you compare Passion to and why?The writing style some times reminds me of P.C. Cast's House of Night series though the stories are about as different as night and day. How could the performance have been better? There are many things that could be improved on in this aspect. The narrator spoke with a nasally voice that made this story nearly impossible to listen to, despite how much I love the story. Other than one character (which only showed up half way threw the book!) all of the characters had almost the exact same voice. It made it very hard to fallow conversations some times. She was also a bit lacking when it came to vocal expressions. It was impossible to tell people's emotions when listening to the story. If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?True love never dies.
