To the One I Love

TODA One I Love is a political romantic comedy serye that will mirror the political ineptness, corruption, bureaucracy, and self-serving political culture in the Philippines, presented with a sprinkle of romance. The series is set in the fictional town of San Bernabe, where two hotly-contested elections are underway - the election of officers of the local Tricycle Owners and Drivers' Association (TODA) and the elections for the new mayor. Embroiled in both is Gelay Dimagiba, a 20-something student who takes over her father's battles as well as his tricycle after he is mysteriously murdered. Gelay struggles to get to the bottom of the mystery while trying to figure out the affairs of her own heart.
