Akemitsu Akagami is worried that he will grow up to be a womanising pervert like his father. To avoid this fate he decides to become a monk at the Mikazuki Temple. He believes it to be a male only order but it turns out the other residents are female! Due to his father's debts he finds himself doing much of the work around the temple. With all the women around it is hard for him to keep his thoughts pure; especially when he keeps getting in 'awkward situations' with them. From the start it is clear that this is going to be a fan-service heavy ecchi series. If that is what you want it is rather fun. There are plenty of laughs to be had as well as a fair bit of suggestive material; thankfully this wasn't strong enough to require the obvious censorship that detracts from so many series. The basic plot is fun enough; it reminded me of the superior 'Love Hina' at times although it lacked that series more wacky elements. The characters are entertaining enough. Overall I'd say this is hardly a must see but it is certainly fun enough to watch once if you are in the mood for this sort of show. These comments are based on watching the series in Japanese with English subtitles.
