I am a fan of based on true story movies and I LOVE the actors in this film. But this movie was painful to watch it was so bad!! I kept watching in hopes of it getting better but WOW, that is 2 hours of my life I will never be able to get back!!
Pretty weird to make a comedy out of a true horror story. The man got tortured and barely survived, i truly dont see the comedy in that. The man even spoke "why would you make a comedy movie based on the torture i have experienced?"
Similar to Wardogs, American Hustle, and Wolf of Wall Street, but faster paced and more comedic. Not actually a true story though if that's a reason you'd want to watch it.
