At first the show was OK. But then Brenda turned out to be the most evil villain in the whole show. I didn't finish the last episode because I hate injustice and don't know who her biomother is and don't care except that I hope she/other 3 women have nothing to do with Brenda. The wrong person went to prison. It should have been Brenda. She stalked, hounded and harassed everyone around the 4 women she accused of abandoning her and wanting to find out who her bio mother was. Marriages, relationships, money, even the children of these 4 people suffered. All for nothing. Brenda expects them to to easily forgive HER for all of this harm she did to these 4 women/their families but Brenda harassed/stalked the heck out of them. 1) Those 4 teenagers did NOT murder those rapist. They were fighting with him when 3 of them found him raping their 4th friend on a bridge. They fought and he fell off the bridge. THEY COMMITTED NO CRIME. The court/jury would either never charged them or not convicted them. Concealing a dead body is a crime but the courts/jury would never have sent them to prison for that - not a prison offense. People understood the girls were protecting the raped girl from further drama of a trial. The whole premise of the plot is stupid. 2) Why didn't the 4 women IMMEDIATELY go to the police and put out a restraining order against Brenda's harassment? They didn't know why she was doing it until many episodes in and a restraining order against that hateful stupid Brenda would have tanked her advertisers and ended her career. 3) Why didn't BRENDA avoid the whole problem of who her biological mother was by JUST going into their homes which she had access to by LYING TO THEM ...and taking a toothbrush/hairbrush and having their DNA compared to hers to EASILY find out who her biological mother was? DUH! 4) It is unbelievable that Brenda believes SHE IS THE VICTIM when she was the aggressor and set in motion EVERYTHING bad that happened INCLUDING the death of her female "maid' friend. 5. There is NO WAY those 4 women in real life would forgive what that conniving evil Brenda did to them and worse to their families. 6. Viewers are supposed to feel sorry for Brenda who USED people around to to spy on and stalk these 4 women and their family.....when Brenda herself SLEPT WITH Adiano TO USE HIM to get to his mother....and then Brenda has the gall to get angry at Adiano for sleeping her her to keep an eye on her. If anything, HE Is the victim not Brenda. She started a war which was entirely avoidable. Brenda caused that school head mistress to commit suicide. She caused the death of that maid girl and caused people to get beat up. 7. Brenda harassed, hounded and stalked those 4 women for NOTHING because they didn't abandon her...they thought she was dead which if she had JUST ASKED once she got the DNA samples and figured out who her mother was ....THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD HER they were told she was dead.

I've just finished watching the whole 18 episodes and this was awesome. México really know how to do it. The acting is phenomenal from every single cast member. They put British actors to shame. The multiple layers of story are gripping throughout and the direction is perfect. I absolutely loved the beautiful scenery of Mexico and the totally stylish clothing and grooming. I didn't want this to end and will definitely be looking out for more Mexican productions. It's very difficult to keep one interested for 18 episodes but this certainly did. I highly recommend this drama and thank all for their excellence.

I found the four women incredibly selfish, cruel and unlikeable. The one who was raped I could see having issues but even so the lack of compassion she had for the child that Brenda was (on finding who Brenda was) made her unsympathetic. Thinking she died as a child shouldn't have stopped them feeling something when Brenda revealed herself. There was such an absolute disregard for what she would have gone through from being abandoned. All they thought about was themselves. It was also sooooooooooooooooooooo stupid that the wealthy women among them couldn't arrange a DNA test? There was a lot of stupidity in the story line that kept the show going longer than necessary. Lots of unlikable people in this show. It was back ground noise while I did something else.

Nice story, interesting characters with some good acting ... but with the street smart heroine searching for her Mom, wouldn't a hair strand for 1, 2 or 3 of her four targets have given her the answer she risked her life and the lives of all other she cared for. Not sorry that I watched, but I feel 8 episodes, acquiring the DNA, having it tested and eliminating potential Moms may have played out better. Great casting; Camila Valero as Brenda and Kika Edgar as Irene are supurb. Farah Justiniani as Samantha was brilliant with an interesting storyline. While the series ran long, the episode were only 30 to 35 minutes ... so not a total loss. Worth a watch.

This is absolute rubbish. Ridiculous plot. Terrible acting. It's awful in every way. How on earth does this have a 6+ rating. Not a single character is engaging. The plot is absolutely ludicrous and defies any logic or common sense. And the acting it seems it was deliberately sub par to match everything else sub par about the show. Gave up after three episodes and saw the finale. Glad I didn't waste time on this. The ending is even more absurd and awful than anything else you will see before. They transform the nicest guy in the show into a villain and introduce us to the dullest character Cesar. By the end you will completely hate the main character Brenda. Despite trying my very best to find anything remotely.positive to say about this show I really can't come up with anything.

Just sit back, relax and enjoy this Spanish spoken serie with short episodes. To me it was a great series, especially the first episodes were wow! At the end of every episode something exciting happened which made me want to watch the next episode right away. Big plus for the acting of the whole cast, well chosen actors for each character. I would want to see more movies or series from the main characters because of the acting. Also big plus for the music that was supportive in the scènes, the locations (I would have wanted to see maybe a bit more of Mexico. I thought they used the same overview with mountains and forest multiple times, for me they could have shown another nice view. Also clothing was perfect for each character. Overall I enjoyed Pacto de Silencio! Would reccomend watching it if you are just in for a short exciting series with Some crime, good acting and fun plot.
