Beautiful scenery highlights this tale of a young couple who vacation at the wrong mountain site for snowboarding. Unfortunate "ugly American" choice of buying their way to the "Don't Go There!" mountain ridge are stalked by a lone masked snowmobile driver. There is the minimal plot for the reasoning of the killer, and we only get hints of underlying motivation of the main character, but as this ultimately comes down to a survivalist film, lead actor Ivanna Sakhno does well in the part, embodying the spirit of a woman who does not stop trying to live. This becomes less a horror film due to this; there are minimal horror elements but definite stalker slasher elements. Overall, I found this film to be a decent watch that kept me engaged with the simple structure.

This movie doesn't deserved a 4.4. The crew must've worked hard to capture the footages. The make up artist is great, small details including snow on the eyebrows. The acting is good too. The story as far as they went is a bit predictable. But the story is a fresh, new attempt on thriller that should be respected. Helping with the rating, totally doesn't deserve a 4.4.

First of all, I loved the scenery of the Ukraine...simply beautiful. I've wanted to see this movie for a while now, but it's always been shot down by other films...but now that everything else is crap, this one finally made the cut. Sadly, I thought there was going to be more to this movie. A couple insists that they want to go to the Blackridge, a restricted part of the mountains to ski on. But these stupid Americans bribe a helicopter pilot to take them there. It's a horror movie and they deserve to die. The rest is up to you to watch. I don't do spoilers. I wouldn't give this movie a second watch but it will keep your interest until the end. However...the end. Huh. That's also a head scratcher. Anyway, decent movie. Peace.

This film is a well made but slightly confused survival horror film. It centers on a young American couple who go skiing in Russia and end up being hunted by a psycho on a snowmobile. The movie doesn't really bring anything new to the genre and to it's own detriment it takes itself way too seriously. That being said there is alot of great stuff here it just never really gets to where it's going until the final scene leaving the audience with cinematic blue balls. ***/5

Another lockdown film with about 3 characters and all boring. The story wasn't very interesting so I turned it off half way through.

Scariest thing was the chicken, to be honest. It was more gruesome than anything.

This movie holds up well from the opening scene to the final reveal. In between that, you've got some great footage of what looks like fresh powder, great writing, acting, directing, producing, plus all of the other things that go on in filmmaking that must also achieve excellence for a film to to well. Plus, there were two scenes that scared the hell out of me. Ok, three. There are some great shots in there that have been lost to most people. Plus, the chilling guttural sounds of the snowmobile that is serving nicely as our beast, in one way or another. The Sound Department did an amazing job. Punching through the snow with something menacingly metal to find her after the triggered avalanche. Everything that happened SOUNDED threatening. But then there'd be quite snowfall, or the little girl, singing. I'd say that Sound really flavored each and every scene. Think about it. There wasn't anyone screaming, "I'm going to kill you!"

Nice plot and storyline, acting is good, wonderful scenery throughout. Few jumps and scares. The twist was very predictable, is more a thriller than a horror, however it is worth a watch
