Indian predator:the butcher of delhi is a documentary crime history series directed by ayesha sood. It is one of the most captivating and brutal documentaries in the indian documentary space. It has been handled by ayesha sood with utmost precision not feeding boredom to the audience. It is engaging throughout specially the first two episodes i felt. The crime is hideous, the psych behind it more vicious. This show has the ability to chill out your bones with its dialogues enhanced by an all impressive bgm. The sound design is impeccable and stifle. The acted scenes of violence and killings is brilliantly done. It talks a lot about the societal and cultural problems. The killer not being attended by his parents talks a lot about his conditioning and mental space. It also talks about police incompetency and false cases. Finally, the actor altaf hussain who acts as the killer needs to be praised highly. What stares, what exoressive eyes. He has nailed it in his sequences. This is a must watch documentary. Netflix may have some bad shows on netflix india but its docu-series are outstanding. I rate it 10.

As other reviewers have stated, it does fail to keep you interested in the story. I just don't think the story was told in the best way possible. Unfortunately, IMDB does not have the interviewees labeled with photos next to the names so it is hard to point out in this review who I am I about to refer to. But there is one man there who I call "Captain Obvious" to be incredibly annoying. He seems to think he is giving expert analysis of the murder, but all he really does is paraphrases the killer's own thoughts in the killer's letters. He comes off as trying to give expert analysis of the killer but all he does is regurgiate the letters. I was like seriously Captain Obvious, that's your expert analysis? Perhaps another documentarian crew could have made a better job with this story. But this version is sophmoric.

No matter what Netflix is not going to improve..same hindu hate, same hindu god bashing, same upper caste Hindu hate..they didn't reveal the case on which this documentary is based on but they kept villain's name a Brahmin name and that villain worships "Sita-Ram"

If you are looking for documentary on the murder mystery then this will let you down..the killer is itself caught in first episode what followed is the ordeals of his crime and his psychology. Nothing surprise element except for some chillng photos of victims clicked by killer and details of gore.

8/10 for first episode 2/10 for second 3/10 for Third When you know everything in the First episode itself. You ask yourself, What is the point of watching remaining Eps.

Don't watch it there is nothing interesting in this series. They've just strached the series in e episode and unnecessary interviews. Police were lazy too . Like they did nothing special to catch the killer they were too lazy and unprofessional. I can't un why people is overhypng this series so much . It's completely waste of time . All episodes are boring and only last 5 mins of each episode is bit okay (not anything else but better than starting parts)

I had high expectations from this one. Throughout the series, I felt as if I am being thrown from one storyline to another, as a result, I could not connect with the series. Alas! A golden opportunity to present a "desi serial killer" in an engaging manner goes down the drain. Although the cinematic aesthetics are done quite well.
