3 hilarious women + the ever so charming Richard Madden = a super fun 90 min.

How do they get good actors to do bad movies? Netflix is a great series maker but the movies are the worst!

With all their money, Netflix somehow always throws cash at the bottom of the barrel with their original movies. It's just so, so lazy. I know the title is Ibiza, but does every scene have to be either 'sassy dialogue' or generic clubbing? The writing is awful and irritating, and there is so little going on visually that you might as well listen to an audio book. The whole lesson of this movie is to gamble with your career, take drugs and YOLO. No consequence. No depth. No comedic timing or even funny jokes. Not to mention, NO ROMANCE. The movie seems to think it's being more romantic than it is. I'm not even sure they filmed this on Ibiza. Which would be super awkward given the title. They sure didn't capture the atmosphere or vibe of the island at all. The fact that most scenes are filmed indoors just makes it more suspicious. I guess it just angers me that Netflix picks up the most uninspired, generic and badly made rubbish while ignoring projects that truly deserve support.

Had some definite laugh out loud moments.. obviously if you watched the previews you know it's not a deep, thought provoking movie.. it's a great comedy none the less for when you just want something light hearted and fun.

Gillian Jacobs is brilliant in Love but Ibiza is absolute rubbish. It is not entertaining and there is no chemistry between her character and the male character. The storyline is super flat and nothing is really happening in this film. Will not recommend

How did I know this movie was going to be pretty awful? The "go-to" scene in mostly every comedy, it includes a black light, a hotel room, and a whole lot of screaming. The humor in this film falls short, extremely short. The plot of the entire movie is lost in the desperation to be relevant. Honestly Its a miracle that the 3 main characters who are supposed to portray grown women didn't end up in a torture hostel or kidnapped and sold into human trafficking based off their choices.
