Extremely practical advice. The focus of the book is on millennials.Everyone under 30 should read.

great overall. couple of ways it could have been better: mention 403b's, backdoor Roth IRA, Roth 401k/403b, mega back door Roth, social security

One of the best books I have ever listen to.Completely life changing and mind altering. Really does set you up for success. Informational, educational, entertaining.... the list goes on. I recommended this book to everyone I know.

This should be required reading at least once a year. I already knew 95% of what is in this book. BUT, I was not applying many of the strategies because it seemed too much of a hassle. This is a simple and incredibly effective financial roadmap to success that I immediately started to implement and save, make and earn an ROI. This book is the best under $20 investment you can make. I wish I would have done this 20 years ago. But I will make sure my teenage kids read this every year and avoid the pitfalls that 99% of people make that cost them potentially millions in earned investment income and a financially free life.

I hope I meet the people hired byHR who steared me wrong again

I liked a lot of information in this book (especially related to structuring your Roth IRA investments) but I didn't love the author's personal diatribes against millennials and other groups. They were a bit long winded, over-arching, and unecessary in my opinion. I often found myself fast-forwarding through the whiny rants to get back to the actual point of the book.

I thought it was a good book until it started talking about 401k investing. Real Rich people do not use 401k as investment.

Mean what you say and say what you mean. stop giving stories and people’s success stories right in between your examples of how to be rich, It is utterly confusing. This storytelling versus wanting to explain each strategy is annoying and hard to follow. My suggestion get someone to do the voice other than you, your voice and exclamations at your own brilliance is unnerving and makes me forget what you trying to say about getting rich

didn't continue because there are other books worthy to spend my time learning from. this may be good for full time employee who want to save money slowly for later

Junk junk the best I can say is junk if I’m being polite!Do not waist your time listening to this generic BS
