The book is nice and too the point. One minor inconvenience for me were frequent references to theaddendum that can be downloaded from their web site. Also, the landlording aspect has been covered very lightly.

Great book with good information for beginner and reminders for pros. One of books I would keep in my REI career.

If you already have rental property, 50% of the book will be refreshers that you probably already know. It's littered with good nuggets and tons of practical applications. Good deep dive on leverage as well as a good formula for anything from sniff tests to full modeling.

This is another very well-written book by Gary Keller and his team. there's really nothing negative to speak to you in the least and the information over all is great, but it is certainly for beginners and maybe investors with moderate experience. A seasoned investor may not pull much added info.

good content and motivation for the new investor. recommended. g h j g g h

Picks up where the millionaire real estate investor leaves off. This book however in very little fluff and motivation, it breaks down buying to own in a very detailed manner and walks you through two comparative properties for every situation. AN ABSOLUTE MUST READ/LISTEN if your getting into investing.

Good beginner book with lots of general tips and recommendations. A lot of materrial overlaps from the flip book.I was expecrting more on evaluating a hold vs. A flip.
