best of all

Made us cry, laugh, sad. I wish that the father would be alive see his sons getting along with each other

This movie is better than a lot of movies out right now. It was funny and enriching. It was just a feel good movie with some comedy something I have not seen in a while and the acting was good. I also enjoyed the different perspective of this movie.

This movie is wonderful! The characters are very likable and the ending made my face leak. A very refreshing take on real life. Worth the watch. Give it your full attention as it deserves it. Best, Derek

Cute, funny movie. Love the Spanish involved as well. Laughed the entire movie. Don't believe all the reviews! A must watch. Cried at the end.

This is not an earth-shattering movie, but it's well-done, has good comedy, has a decent plot, and a decent message. Parts are a bit predictable, but it's unique enough. There was some mild political commentary, but nothing to detract from the movie. Entertaining and meaningful.

This movie is not very funny and quite predictable. The quick overview: A Mexican father leaves his wife and beloved son to go to America and never comes back. When the father dies in America, his Mexican son goes on a road trip with his , younger American half brother to figure out why dad did not come back to his Mexican family. What I liked: The acting of the father and the two half brothers. The jokes about Americans who have a narrow view of Mexicans. The "escape room" type riddles that let the brothers to their next place. What I did not like: The story was far fetched. Most jokes were not funny. The American half brother was portrayed as a real looser. The fighting scenes between the half brothers were silly. The scene with the balloons, trying to create Ethanol was absurd. This movie is okay to watch but I would not really recommend it.

I don't usually write reviews, but I thought this movie deserved it. I expected a silly comedy, but this film surprised me. I really liked it a lot. Funny, very well done, great soundtrack, emotional and realistic in the right measure (I don't think it's political, but it was important to show the reality around the characters). it brings good lessons and various emotions, but in the end it brings you a good feeling. I haven't seen such an interesting comedy in a long time. This movie is really worth watching.

Finally a 2020 comedy that was genuinely funny. I didn't expect this movie to be as good as it was. This film had me busting up laughing. I can't really think of another comedy from this year that was funnier. This film is definitely worth a watch. 7 stars.
