Wow, Logan's first time acting and he hit it out of the ballpark. A must see with the family. Can't wait until the second season. In this day and age this is a really nice family series and how people with disability handles it in the public world. Please watch and spread the word. The series is light with lots of comedy! What a powerful ending. My favorite episode is clubs and the dance. Great casting. Thank you for showing a series with disabilities. If you are looking for a family friendly show- this is it. It is also appealing to adults with the clever writing and relatable themes. The actors are all talent in their own right but they are strong as an ensemble.

This series is based on the life of actor, screenwriter, producer Josh Sondquist. You can hear his story on the podcast "What's Your Limp" hosted by Jordan Walker Ross.). It is the story of a young boy who lost his lower leg and foot to cancer and his adventures of transitioning to public school after having been homeschooled until 6th (?) grade. It depicts friendship and family relationships in a poignant and sometimes humorous way. Young Josh has an optimism and even confidence that are often challenged. This show depicts the challenges of a disability and how it impacts not only his life, but also the lives of his family members. If you have young children, this would be a great springboard for opening discussions about disabilities. This goodness in this show is a throwback to TV of long ago where there is no snark or edge, but still manages to entertain with high value. If you don't have young children but enjoy wholesome entertainment, this show is appealing to "kids of all ages". I highly recommend it.

Loved it vary funny Logan aka Josh has done a fantastic job for his first screen time. All the actors and actresses did great they did great writing bring Logan Artificial leg in the show and it show other kids you can do anything you put your mind to.

Best family show of 2022! Laughter and tears every episode. I follow Josh on Facebook. All of the actors are very authentic and believable. And that includes the children. I can't wait for another season. Keep up the good work!

This show is not just for kids! It's an honest look at life! Especially, middle school ! If you have middle school children or grandchildren, they will clearly love this show. Josh is beyond inspiring!! We root for him!!! Hoping for a season 2!!! Episode 10 left me in tears!

Logan is a natural talent! We were amazed to find out this was Logan's first time acting. He carried the show on his shoulders like a pro. I hope more actors with disabilities get cast in all roles. The story was based on a true story which is even more inspiring. This is based on the childhood of Josh Sundquist. He honors homeschool and public school in this series. The cast was fantastic and the storylines were clever and relatable. This family friendly show is much needed in this day and age. We have watched some of the episodes multiple times. We hope for a season two!! Our 3 favorite episodes - Clubs, Halloween and School Dance.

What a fabulous show! Positive message, encouraging and hope filled. Logan is an amazing inspiration! The world needs this message now! All ages will enjoy this show.

There is a dearth of shows out there that can be enjoyed by everyone in the family, especially when you have middle-schoolers and high-schoolers who are so ready to deem every joke "cringe" and usually have the attention span of squirrels. So it was such a wonderful experience to watch Best Foot Forward as a family and realize that we all enjoyed the jokes, the stories, and the actors. The "fish out of water" premise that has Josh, a seventh grader who has been homeschooled, and who has a prosthetic leg, make the transition to public school, is something I have never seen before on TV and the sensitive way the writers treat this is absolutely on point. Among all the lighthearted moments, there are poignant ones, and it reminds me how much representation matters. I love this show and hope there will be more seasons.

The people who try to portray public school as a better option than homeschooling are as programmed as they want the kids to be. The acting is mediocre and the leg thing...I'm not sure what the play is there, but it's added nonsense.

This new series is the best effort at real family programing which anyone can enjoy and relate to in a positive way. To be sure the script was written by adult writers having the kids sound like little adults but in an amusing manner. The stand out without a doubt is the adorable Logan Marmino he is perfect for the unusual and changeling principle role. This is a hit right out of the gate that I can recommend. Go and check it out.
