Unnecessary Hinduphobia and intimacy. Intentionally degrading Hindu saints. Hindu hating, awful story and direction.100 % attempt to show Hindu hatred content

We have seen Dark comedies like Andhadun & blackmail. The bar is set high & The writing & plot is childish. Same old affair lust money plot Except Few scenes nothing much. You can give this a Skip

Childish Predictable story, childishly written characters, B grade black comedy drama. I want to give 0 star....

A Simple Murder is a 7 episodes series dark comedy drama which tells the story of Manish (Mohd Zeeshan Ayyub) who wants to re-ignite sour relationship with his wife (played by Priya Anand) as he seeks an investor for his start-up. Desperate to make it big, Manish ends up in a wrong situation where he gets involved in a murder. What follows next is a series of goof-ups which involves messed-up characters who have their own agenda and want to benefit from the situation. After a long time, I was laughing out a loud as A Simple Murder took off well with first few episodes keeps you busy with utmost hilarious scenes that will surely bring down the house. As Manish gets involved in the killing of a wrong person, the situation triggers off chain of events that leads to comedy of errors keeping you entertained with quirky dialogues and funny moments that will tickle your funny bones. Hats off to the director Sachin Pathak (Rangbaaz) and his team of writers Akhilesh Jaiswal (Gangs Of Wasseypur and Ugly) and Prateek Payodhi who goes a step ahead with a unique concept. Also, background score is adequate and goes well with the scenes. The Art Direction and Cinematography is good but the the last two episodes of A Simple Murder goes completely flat. From a funny and hilarious comic series, A Simple Murder becomes a serious drama as the climax tumbles down into a rabbit hole and does not recover. Though A Simple Murder is only 7 episodes web series, the length could be trimmed by few minutes. A Simple Murder is a character driven web series which has adequately defined by the writers. Each and every actor has done a fabulous job in the role given to them. While Mohd Zeeshan Ayyub had already impressed us with his comic timings in Tanu Weds Manu Returns, A Simple Murder is yet another project where the brilliant actor was superb. Other actors like Amit Sial, Sushant Singh, Priya Anand, Yashpal Sharma, Gopal Datt and Ayaz Khan gives A Simple Murder a new dimension. Overall, A Simple Murder is one hell of a ride filled with twist and turns that will surely be enjoyed. Go for it 3/5

People blindly giving negative reviews because of their ideology.. show is good, all performances were good.. Back to back good shows by sony liv.

Could be better if zeeshan was put out of it, he is nothing more thn an overactor, doesn't even know simple rule of acting that, to act is not to act its needs to be lived.

Superb series..first episode to last episode it was gripping...very new concept and brilliant direction..performance of all actors are really good.

The story is simple and predictable except a few scenes and it's a time waste.

Just sick and tired of same old greedy, lusty, violent scripts. Top that up with ver bad acting. It was not actually bad acting but trying too much to look like character. Over acting. Story and Direction left no stone unturned to live a very very bad taste. I hope all of individuals involved change their respective careers.
