Axel is a nine-year-old boy who finds a pair of magical wristbands that give him the ability to turn into a toy-sized action figure, thus embarking on thrilling adventures, in which he fights the evil toy Madcap and his henchmen with the help of the mettlesome toy team the Power Players.
