June 26, 1998 Homer got a call at 4 pm and took a fight on a 6 hour notice. The guy had won a few tough man contest. Homer was available and they offered him as an opponent. Benson said "he didn't care who he fought he was there to kick butt and collect cash." But when he saw Homer and heard who he was, fear crippled him. Homer Sr told Jr to go out there and stop the fight in the second round. Homer mercifully stopped him with body shots. You could tell that Billy was fearful and outclassed.
