"DIVER", also known as Section D, is a secret investigation team set up by the Hyogo Prefecture Police, to counter the rapidly increasing crime groups. Detective Hyogo Kurosawa is known to be a ruthless man who cheats on his partners to arrest criminals. When approaching evils, he is ready to get his hands dirty for the sake of justice.
