Choose Wisely: Comfort or Calories

In this video we’re having some fun from the top position. My friend Aaron Coombs joins in to show his famous “sandwich,” a playful twist that actually grew out of a variant of the classic pillow choke. From here, you’ll see how the top player can either smother with the sandwich or set up a choke with the pillow, if the person on bottom doesn’t react the right way, smoothly transition into an armbar.
