3 Weeks Out Indonesia International Armwrestling Supermatch Prep | Arm Size Measurements

Just under 3 weeks until I fly out on the 11th of February to face Indonesia's #2 86 kg puller, Iwan Diono. I had initially intended to bulk for this prep as I'm usually a 78 kg puller, but due to the UAC weight cap of 81 kg, I'm actually coming into this on maintenance (or even a slight deficit on some days).
