Training For a Purpose: 12-Hour Workout for HIV/AIDS Victims
2014
Synopsis
At Tiger Muay Thai, a group of fitness athletes united for a common cause last week; to do twelve hour cross-training challenge. The challenge included a workout of the day(WOD) once an hour for 12 straight hours. Tiger Muay Thai camp was woken up by the noises of burpees, squats and other exercises at 6:30 a.m. last week in order to raise funds for the Life Home Project. The Life Home Project is a local orphanage caring for young children with HIV. Throughout the day, over forty people filtered in and out of the fitness area to donate, support or join in on the workouts. A few days later, members of the challenge campaign took the money they raised and visited the orphanage and really got to know the children they were benefiting. http://lifehomeproject.org A Jeff Sainlar Film www.jeffsainlar.com http://www.tigermuaythai.com/ http://www.fightingthai.com/
