Time to Rebuild after Knee Surgery
2026
Synopsis
Time to Rebuild! Welcome back to another episode of my recovery journey. This chapter is all about rebuilding—both physically and mentally. After spending so much time at home I needed a change of environment, so I headed to the gym to clear my mind and catch up with my good friend Murt, who recently took part in the main event at Charity Boxing Exhibition 6. It was great to see him and talk about his experience. The biggest moment of the episode comes when I return to hospital for my physiotherapy appointment. After assessing my progress, my physio finally gives me the green light to push ahead with my rehabilitation, marking a huge milestone in my recovery. With that positive news, it's time to rebuild. I head straight back to the gym to begin my new rehab programme, testing out my latest exercises and focusing on upper body training, strength, and building confidence again. Every workout is another step towards getting stronger and returning to normal life. If you've been following my hospital recovery, rehabilitation journey, or you're looking for motivation to overcome setbacks, I hope this series inspires you to keep moving forward one day at a time. 💙 Thanks for watching and supporting the journey. 👍 If you enjoyed the video, please like, comment, and subscribe to follow my recovery and future training updates.
