Nothing like product placement for volvo's coupe model and a quick check for washed-out child star actors with expired contracts from children show production companies, complete with a script to match the mess lol

Actually super cute and has a feel - good ending. Characters are funny and relatable.

It's such a good movie I'm would say all ages can watch this movie I love it I love how I'm the end they fall in love and share the car

I watched this movie because I'm a fan of Olivia Holt. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Merrell twins were in The Standoff as well. I really liked the play on Vanessa and Veronica's Youtube in the movie. Plus their bubbly personality adds a lot to the movie. Overall the acting was pretty good. There were a few spots that it could've been better. But for the most part it was decent. The one thing I can't decide is if I like the plot or not. It's kind of a lame plot and the end is very predictable. Even with a lame plot I still enjoyed the movie. I liked the positive messages throughout and the contestants from all walks of life. Maybe the best way to put is this: The Standoff has more of a reality TV show feel as opposed to a movie. I think there are people who will enjoy this movie. But if you're looking for an outstanding movie that deserves an Oscar, this isn't it.

Underrated movie that really needs more recognition. Great storyline with our favourite actors all together ❤ If you are a fan of teen movies this will be a great movie with a typical happy ending but it feels so good.

I don't know why but I just love this movie. From the acting to the story to the jokes. It puts a smile on my face just watching it. The chemistry between Olivia and Ryan was great. I could feel their hate to love story. All the actors/actresses seemed to have fantastic chemistry with one another. Even though it could have been better in some areas, I still enjoyed it. Overall, it's just an entertaining watch.

It really says a lot about a movie when the most interesting thing that happens during its run is a man drinking toilet water and crying in agony. It also says a lot about a movie when the romance portion of the film only begins 18 minutes before the film ends. If you watch this film you will leave the experience unsatisfied and with a desire to die. The actors are giving some of the worst performances they have ever given and the writing is worse than any sitcom that has ever aired on the Disney Channel. Watching this film felt like bugs were crawling under my skin, and never left.
