Roblox just dropped one of the worst updates of the year out of nowhere, and the community is absolutely furious. Say goodbye to sharing private servers with your friends, because a new update is completely locking people out unless the host is actively in the game. If you try to join a private server without the owner present, you're now going to be hit with Error Code 541: "You can join once the host is in the private server." Why did Roblox do this? As KreekCraft pointed out, this effectively kills trading servers, AFK grinding, community hubs, and persistent roleplay servers. It looks like Roblox is desperately trying to push sales for Roblox Plus by locking features that have worked for years behind a paywall.
