Malevolence 3: Killer
2019 · 89m
Synopsis
Martin Bristol returns to where it all began: the home where he was kidnapped from. But he is not the boy who disappeared over 10 years ago. Tortured and abused at the hands of his psychotic captor, Graham Sutter, Martin is damaged beyond repair. Lurking in the shadows of suburbia, he stalks and kills without remorse. Special Agent William Perkins follows Martin's trail of terror, desperate to capture him before he kills again. Martin's family, mourning his disappearance for over 10 years, is informed not only that he is alive, but that he is responsible for the wave of murder sweeping through their town. Will they be able to reunite with their long lost son before it's too late, or will Perkins have to use excessive force to bring him down?

Cheap story. The funny thing is nothing can hurt the killer seriously.

DONT WATCH IT. ITS AWFUL. DISSAPOINTMENT. TRASH. COMEDY. BAD COPY OF HALLOWEEN WITHOUT A MASK.

I first encountered the original "Malevolence" on a trip to Blockbuster. To say the box art did the film little justice is an understatement. It looked like a low budget "Halloween" rip-off. Taking a flier and having seen practically every movie in the store I decided to give it a shot. I've been happy with that decision ever since. The Director/Writer/Composer/Editor/ Jack of All Trades, Stevan Mena, has crafted a wonderful trilogy of films, each with it's own feel and scale. It's a trilogy that builds to a wonderful conclusion. I'd be remiss to not say that the films have a Carpenter-esque quality to them. "Malevolence 3: Killer" is equal parts scary and thoughtful. I know some people will consider a 10/10 a ridiculous score and I will stipulate the rating is influenced by the fact that I felt as if I had uncovered a gem with the original. I felt a certain sense of pride when "Bereavement" was announced and satisfied when it was released. There was a time where it looked like the trilogy would never come to fruition. It was on and off and on again for some time. Mena would post updates and then post about the Mets for a year and go silent about the movie. I started to think "Well, this isn't going to happen". I'm happy that it has. I don't want to give away anything because I think they are movies that should be seen with as little information as possible. They are horror movies, that's all you need to know. They are low budget and works of passion by a director who deserves and rightfully should get more work. I have waited years to see this film and it did not disappoint. So, watch this movie. Give it a shot. Halloween, the film and the holiday are right around the corner, if you like thought-provoking horror movies what have you got to lose? I am not saying this because I have any connection to the film or am being paid to do so. I reviewed the original when I saw it and gushed over it then. I showed it to countless friends. I genuinely love this franchise (Wow, it is weird thinking of that one lonely copy at Blockbuster being a franchise). Thanks for the films Stevan, hope to see you director/writer (etc, etc, etc) credits on future projects. P,S, As a child of the 80's it is always great to see Adrienne Barbeau in anything.

As a lifelong horror fan, this movie ranks as one of my favorites. I'm 45 years old and watching Malevolence 3: Killer brought me back to my days in high school reading Fangoria magazine from cover to cover. It reignited my love for horror films. It's fantastic fun from the first frame to the last. The camera angles, the soundtrack (!), the scares, the laughs, the tension, the cast, the action... All of these elements are executed with absolute perfection. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. Katie Gibson, the lead actress, is truly a breakout talent. It's also refreshing to see genre staples like Adrienne Barbeau. I can not wait to watch it again. Trust me, if you are a horror fan, this is a MUST! A simply fantastic piece of nostalgia.

Fastforwad all the time,I DO NOT know why this movie trying tell us

If you look not so carefully you'll note that qll the reviews that give this a 9 0r 10 have similar headers. FAKE REVIEWS. This is my HONEST assessment of the film. The production values are better than a lot of the really bad horror films out there but that doesnt make this a good movie. In fact, it's pretty awful. The acting is atrocious and the directing is that of a high school student. One has to wonder how someone put up $750K for this crap. And folks, can you stop with the brooding music already? It's been doe over and over and now it's just annoying. Stephen Mena should not be allowed to make another picture

Rating 8 is very missleading!! Boring movie . If u like horror movies u will find this more than ridiculous

So he goes on a killing spree and finally escapes. Never seen an ending like this. Good job

This movie is so bad. Please do not waste your time on this.
