KING IN THE RING MAX62 8 MAN ELIMINATOR On May 19th at Auckland's home of sports action, the ASB Stadium saw the best of the New Zealand 62kg weight class leave their NZ and World titles at the door and face each other in battle to see, who IS the New Zealand King of the Ring MAX62. Already some arch rivals amongst these 8 fighters, the luck of the initial draw determined who faced who first. The tournament format is that of the international K-1, with the overall winner defeating 3 opponents in one night. With the success of the previous King of the Ring events, this was another notch in the belt for the series. Taking New Zealand combat entertainment to the next level, this continues be the highlight of the kickboxing calendar.
