Kanakana

Masanao Higurashi often is a former delinquent who now runs a small pub near the sea. Although Masanao has many cuts on his face which makes many fear him, he is actually a kind man who has great knowledge of plants and animals. One day, Masanao meets a 5-year-old girl, Kanaka, who ran away from a suspicious man. Kanaka has a mysterious power of reading people's heart and she was often sent by her uncle Sawada to gambling houses. Kanaka who has always been surrounded by bad adults, feels a sense of security when she reads Masanao's heart and decides to ask him for help. Masanao decides to take Kanaka with him and run away. What will happen to Kanaka and Masanao who suddenly became a "kidnapper"?
