I liked this book when I originally listen to it a few years ago. And I decided to listen to it again. I like the storyline and the personalities. But the lead male is just a little too dominant at times. The female is also very dominant and strong which was great. But then she would easily back down to him which was very disappointing.

Love this story line! Strong heroine, lots of action and enough drama to keep you entertained without making it difficult to follow the story. I don't love the narrator, her word flow is a little too choppy but she does an excellent job with inflection and differentiating the separate voices and personalities. Also, why is the girl on the cover dark headed when Shanti is light haired?

The fighting progresses the story along, but becomes too much at times. I tend to lose focus on the story after a few minutes of duck, thrust, dodge and grabbing heads in pain. otherwise it was a good story.

I’m enjoying this entire series. Caitlin Davies is a great storyteller. I’d compare this series to Dragonblood by Lyndsey Burkomer ( or something like that. ) Safe to say it’s a chick flick, but appealing to both young and mature readers. I like the main character, and her different crews. Easy to follow. Easy to get hooked on. Easy to understand. Nothing worse than starting a book only to realize it’s a throw back after investing hours of listening- this one doesn’t disappoint. 👍👍

Love the series. Actually,I follow the narrator. I love her ability to give each character their own voice and inflections and charm.

Shanti and Cayan's army is strong and has good leadership, but can they defeat The Hunter with few fighters? Will the followers of The Wonderer tip the favors in Shanti's way? Once again, K.F. Breene writes a compelling story and Caitlin Davies knocks it out of the park with her narration.

Just download and listen, you’ll be glad for it!! So so good! I cant get enough of this Series. I keep saying this in all my reviews of each book but it truly is a good series.

Invasion is a fast paced, fly by the edge of your seat ride of a lifetime! I laughed, cried, cringed, fought, battled and loved every moment of this latest installation ofShanti & Cayan epic journey! I really thought I knew how things would be playing out but as usual KF threw me for a loop, added new characters, battles, and adventures that I just did not see coming.Shanti has changed, grown and become a true, deserving hero. Where will we go in the next installment? Only KF knows but I can guarantee I will be there to find out as soon as the next book is released!!!

This series is thrilling, characters are endearing and the author has a good sense of humor! Love the narrator - she brings the characters to life.

My hat is tipped to Caitlin Davies for such a great narration of this series, she brings such life to the characters, especially when she is in Shanti's character! Audio brings books alive, I myself prefer immersion reading, sometimes when I know there is going to be an audiobook as well, I'll wait before reading just the book depending on how deeply I am into it. This has been such a week done series there are times I can't stop reading it so I continue with just Audible when I go anywhere, unless I have to pay attention to something, I bookmark the living daylights out of it at night in case I fall asleep. So thank you again to both KF Breene for the tory and to Caitlin Davies for the brilliant narration... Until next time...
