He and Darby Allin faced The Young Bucks in a main event tag team match, and fans in the Greensboro Colliseum said goodbye to The Stinger as the icon rode off into the sunset. Sting has had one of the greatest careers in all of professional wrestling. He was a mainstay in WCW where he remained a fan favourite through-out his entire run, he went to TNA where a new breed of fans got to see the Stinger for the first time, he fulfilled a life-long wish by competing at WrestleMania, and he returned to TNT to end his run with All Elite Wrestling. His battles with Ric Flair, The Horsemen, Great Muta the NWO are legendary, and throughout his whole career no one ever had a bad thing to say about The Man Called Sting.
