Synopsis
Publisher's Summary Brought to you by Penguin. The phenomenal international best seller. Listen to the book everyone is talking about. Transform your life with tiny changes in behaviour, starting now. There's never been a better time to make a few tiny changes that will revolutionise your life. A revolutionary system to get one per cent better every day. People think when you want to change your life, you need to think big. But world-renowned habits expert James Clear has discovered another way. He knows that real change comes from the compound effect of hundreds of small decisions – doing two push-ups a day, waking up five minutes early, or holding a single short phone call. He calls them atomic habits. In this ground-breaking book, Clear reveals exactly how these minuscule changes can grow into such life-altering outcomes. He uncovers a handful of simple life hacks (the forgotten art of Habit Stacking, the unexpected power of the Two Minute Rule, or the trick to entering the Goldilocks Zone) and delves into cutting-edge psychology and neuroscience to explain why they matter. Along the way, he tells inspiring stories of Olympic gold medalists, leading CEOs and distinguished scientists who have used the science of tiny habits to stay productive, motivated, and happy. These small changes will have a revolutionary effect on your career, your relationships, and your life. ©2018 James Clear (P)2018 Penguin Audio

Amazing narrator.Uses really practical examples for you to create lasting habits for the rest of your life.Very clearly written and easy to listen to. I feel like I learned a TON listening to this book.10/10 recommended to every one willing to create a better life for themselves.

I enjoyed this book a lot. It’s one of the good ones on productivity and definitely something to go over every now and again.

This book contains clear and simple principles that can be adopted to improve our habits.

I think James Clear has actually written a book that clearly states his argument, gives you a strategy and tactics to use to build good habits, remove bad ones and ultimately build a better life. Working his methods right now and I think he has cracked the code to the habit formula.
