The ability to recover quickly and safely after a tournament or training is a key part of optimizing your presence on the court. In this video Aaron Brock, Director of Sports Medicine and Performance at USA Volleyball, guides athletes through understanding the “why” of recovery routines and provides the second of three routines to “press play” on and execute in any location an athlete may find themselves.
